Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of the CrestBank website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Regulatory status. CrestBank has not provided verified licensing or regulatory details in this deployment. Do not treat this service as a licensed bank or assume that balances, transfers, or deposits are live unless independently confirmed.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your password and verification codes secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. What the Service offers
The Service lets you view balances, fund wallets, send transfers to supported banks and wallets, swap currencies, request cards and contact support. Which features are available depends on the banking, payment, card and crypto partners connected at the time, and a feature that is not connected is shown as unavailable.
3. Transfers and payments
- Check recipient details carefully before you confirm. Transfers can be hard or impossible to reverse once submitted.
- Fees and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm. Actual timing depends on the receiving institution or network.
- We may delay, refuse or reverse a transaction where we suspect fraud, error, sanctions or legal risk, or where your balance is insufficient.
4. Security
We may lock or suspend an account after repeated failed logins or suspicious activity. Never share your password or one-time codes. We will never ask you for them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, to harm others, to attempt to break or overload the Service, or to access another person's account.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CrestBank is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure, by incorrect details you enter, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending your account
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or where the law requires it.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through Support in the app or to crestbanksupport@gmail.com.
